First time using Shiny Windows based on the recommendation of several friends. Wow I am SO impressed. Scheduling very... easy. The window cleaner was fabulous…a Hungarian whose name I unfortunately didn’t quite catch. My apologies. He was on time. Gave us an estimate within minutes of arriving and wasted no time cleaning both interior and exterior. Very professional and conscientious. Windows are SPARKLING for the first time since the build. I've never left a bad review for any company. Only good reviews. This will be my exception. We've had our windows... cleaned by Shiny Windows for a number of years. Initially the work was great and the value good, or at least fair. Their technicians were very good and a pleasure. In the last three years, the quality of the technicians declined and the price of the service increased substantially each year. About 2 1/2 or 3 years ago, Maria offered a 'deal' that if we cleaned our windows 3 times a year instead of 2, we'd get the next service free. We went for it, but after the third cleaning, they decided they were no longer doing the 'deal.' We have a lot of windows, some of which are high and not easy to do. It is not cheap to hire a service, and we pay over $600 to clean them each time. So the third service we paid for was money we only spent because of the verbal promise given to us by Maria regarding this 'deal'. We should have left then, but got lazy about looking around. The last two times we used their service, their worst technician ever came out. When at the end of the service I walked him around and showed him several windows with streaks and remaining dirty areas, he complained our windows had 'spots.' I showed him I could remove them with a damp rag and slight pressure, but he complained the spots were too difficult to remove and must be from hard water. He was highly unpleasant, unprofessional and raised his voice. Unfortunately, I still did not leave. This last time I called months in advance, as I usually do, and set the date for service. We had a big family reunion coming, and I wanted to make sure the windows looked clean. About ten days before the reunion, there was a message on our phone that they were cancelling the service because the technician had complained that our windows had 'spots.' I cannot recommend this company because of the deterioration of quality of service and lack of professionalism of their technician, the cancelling of service at the last moment, and promises by management of 'deals' they did not keep.read more

This is the second time I have used this service and I could not be happier with the results. Zoli was 15 minutes... early for our appointment, ready to work and did an immaculate job. He wore shoe covers the whole time even though I stated it wasn't necessary, he went above and beyond and cleaned my walk in shower and bathroom mirrors. He went above and beyond what he was hired to do. Left every window and piece of glass completely SPOTLESS. Highly recommend this business to any and everyone. WOW! What a great service we experienced from Peter B. He came to our house, gave a quick and thorough quote and... began the work. Quick and efficient! When he finished the outside windows, he took off his shoes and proceeded to the interior. I have never seen our windows cleaner!!! Been using them for 6 years and was pleased but not this time! Left drops of water on my night stands and floors. ... Some windows are streaked. In addition the price increases each time and you don't find out until they arrive.

We’ve used other services in the past , but Shiny Windows exceeded expectations. Easy to schedule , email reminders... before day of service , excellent service, fair price. Not only that , bathroom mirrors and up to 3 fans also cleaned in same price. Technician was meticulous and careful. In pandemic , technicians wore masks and shoe booties. Definitely recommend and will schedule another service in 6 months.read more
